AfriTech Hub partners with Captured Studios to train the youth especially females within the Northern enclave in Professional Photography. This empowers the female to compete with their male counterparts in the everlasting digital advancement. This is part of the Women in Media Space (WiMS) project.
Dr. Arnold Mashud, the Executive Director of AfriTech Hub, laments that the photography industry is an avenue for economic activities to which the female does not pay attention to give them a sustainable income. Due to this development, he took the initiative to come out with free photography training in collaboration with Captured studios for the youth in order to empower them.
The 1-week training is scheduled to come on in October.
